Training Program Design
Myths, misconceptions and a lack of
understanding has put a higher emphasise on program design as it’s
more then just a bunch of exercises put together. There needs to be
muscular and joint balance, adequate stimulation but also adequate
recovery to get the most out of your training.
After a full body composition and postural
assessment, coupled with detailed goal setting, you will be guided
through 4 week blocks of training specifically tailored to your goals
whether they be based on strength and conditioning, fat loss or
dynamic/static flexibility
Nutritional Analysis/ Advice
Along with ineffective training, bad
nutritional choices is one of two main reasons people fail to meet their
training goals, whether that be to loose weight or gain muscle. However with the constant stream of fad
diets, quick fix shakes, miss guided and miss understood information, its
hard to know where to start.
We therefore offer a thorough nutritional
analysis and advice service to set you on the right track. Our aim here is not just to tell you
which foods you should and shouldn’t eat, but to educate you for
the long term so that you are able to make these choices for yourself in
order to maintain your nutritional compliance.
